KamiLé Nature ships within the European Union.
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the EU.
Shipping methods
All orders are shipped using a tracked shipping service.
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times within the European Union are 3–10 business days.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions or peak periods.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and are calculated at checkout.
The following rates apply:
- Malta: €3.99
- European Union: €11.99
- Free shipping on orders over €49.99

Tracking

Incorrect or incomplete address

KamiLé Nature cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
