Returns

In accordance with European Union consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

- the product must be unused

- in its original condition and packaging

- with proof of purchase

Return shipping

All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

KamiLé Nature cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or delayed during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

- your refund will be processed within 14 days

- the amount will be credited to your original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Damaged or defective items

- a description of the issue

- clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used or show signs of use cannot be returned.
